I'm an architect of change. I successfully help companies make the leap to growth by partnering with them to create an environment that not only incorporates discipline - but also nurtures a strong and dynamic creative spirit.

Many companies can't make this leap because they dont support that creative spirit within structure and process, or they go too far and stifle that spirit with an overdeveloped bureaucracy. Entrepreneurs begin to recognize that in building discipline into the company, they can stop wasting time reacting to small problems and instead devote attention and resources to new products and new ideas.

I often see owners, investors and large clients challenged by complexity as they struggle to effectively execute a relevant strategy. With diplomacy and a sense of equilibrium, I help them to challenge the status quo, solve tough problems, and weigh high-risk decisions in order to generate results.

In addition to a deep and diverse academic career, and more than two decades working with corporate leadership - primarily C-level - in a variety of industries and across all functions, I have successfully completed assignments traversing Silicon Valley to Wall Street, as well as extensive project work in 37 countries.
